Welcome to Silver Wings Travels. By accessing our website or booking our cab services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect both you—the customer—and Silver Wings Travels, ensuring a reliable and transparent service experience.
1. General Overview
Silver Wings Travels is a registered transportation service provider offering cab services in and around Varanasi, including airport transfers, point-to-point city travel, and customized sightseeing tours. The terms outlined herein govern your use of our services, website, and any communication between you and Silver Wings Travels.
2. Booking & Reservation Policy
All bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone number, WhatsApp, or official email.
Confirmation of your booking will be communicated through SMS, phone call, or email.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings at our discretion, particularly in cases of misuse or suspected fraud.
3. Pricing & Payment Terms
Prices for services are either fixed or calculated based on kilometers, hours, or destination specifics.
All quoted rates are inclusive of base fare; however, additional charges such as tolls, parking, night charges, and waiting time may apply.
Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or through third-party payment gateways (when applicable).
Customers are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the fare before confirming the booking.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Free cancellation is allowed if the booking is cancelled at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
Cancellations made under 2 hours of the scheduled time may incur cancellation charges.
Refunds for any prepaid amount (in case of cancellation) will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
5. Passenger Responsibility
Passengers are expected to maintain proper decorum, treat the driver with respect, and avoid causing damage to the vehicle.
Luggage and personal belongings are the passenger’s responsibility. Silver Wings Travels will not be liable for loss or damage to personal items left in the cab.
Any damage caused by the passenger to the vehicle or driver property will be chargeable.
6. Driver Conduct & Safety
All our drivers are verified, trained, and expected to act professionally and courteously at all times.
Drivers reserve the right to refuse service in cases of intoxicated or abusive passengers.
Silver Wings Travels prioritizes safety and reserves the right to terminate any ride or refuse booking based on driver judgment or safety concerns.
7. Delays & Force Majeure
We strive to provide timely services, but we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, mechanical failure, strikes, or events beyond our control.
In such events, we will make every effort to notify the customer and provide alternate arrangements where feasible.
8. Use of Website
Users of our website must not engage in activities such as spreading malware, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or using automated tools to scrape content.
All content, including logos, service descriptions, and visuals, are the property of Silver Wings Travels and may not be copied or used without permission.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise or update these terms at any time. It is the user’s responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest terms.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
